Why is my QQ bot silent after pairing?

Confirm that the desktop app and QQ connection are online, pair from the owner's private QQ chat, test the model, then send a real QQ message.
How do I check that the QQ connection is online?
1. In Lumoswitch Desktop, open Playbooks and the relevant QQ companion, then check its QQ connection status. If it is offline, keep the computer online and awake, keep the app signed in and running, and choose Connect QQ. 2. Return to the same companion and make sure it is not paused. 3. If it did not recover after the app closed, sign in to the same Lumoswitch account and reconnect manually. The bot is not guaranteed to stay online during sleep or a network outage.
How do I check the pairing and code?
1. Use the owner's QQ private chat and open the desktop app that created this companion. 2. Generate or copy its private pairing code and send `/配对 code` in QQ as instructed. Do not use a group code in a private chat or treat a private code as group access. 3. If the app says the code expired, generate a new one and send that code. 4. The page should show that the owner is paired; another QQ account or bot must follow the page's pairing flow separately.
Should I check the model after pairing?
1. Use the companion's Test Model action and confirm that the selected model and configuration are available. 2. Check whether the daily request limit has been reached and whether the companion is still connected. 3. Return to the paired QQ private chat and send a short message. For example: “Hi, reply with: received” A model test checks model access; it does not test QQ delivery. For a group, pair it separately in QQ Group Chat and mention the bot as required.
What should I check if there is still no reply?
1. If QQ is offline, restore the connection before sending another message. 2. If the pairing state is wrong, use the same desktop app that created the companion and regenerate an expired code. 3. If the model test fails, check credentials, model selection, and provider status; if it passes but QQ stays silent, verify that you messaged the paired bot. 4. Keep the error and time for support, but do not post an App Secret, credentials, or a full private chat publicly.
