What do I need before creating one?
Create or prepare a bot application on the official QQ Open Platform, get its AppID and AppSecret, and enable the private-message capability required by that platform. In Lumoswitch desktop, open Playbooks and create a QQ companion. Set its model and persona, enter the credentials, and save. Keep the AppSecret private.
How do I pair my own QQ account?
After saving, follow the connection and pairing instructions shown in the app. Copy the private-chat pairing command while it is valid and send it in a private chat with the intended bot. Return to Playbooks to confirm the state and connect. A private pairing authorizes that QQ account's private chat; it does not grant group access.
What if I send the command but get no reply?
Check the bot AppID, secret, and platform event settings, then inspect the connection state and recent run records. Verify that the code has not expired and was sent to the right bot, and check model availability and provider or account limits. Avoid repeatedly sending pairing codes; generate a fresh one if needed.
