Enabled with a valid amount
A campaign is valid only when the current policy is enabled and its promotional amount is greater than zero.
路墨 Lumoswitch China edition · Promotion rules
These rules explain how new-user promotional model-call credit is determined, when it is granted, and how it is used. Campaign status and amount follow the current public configuration.
Eligible accounts can receive ¥5 in promotional model-call credit.
Eligibility boundary
This is not balance granted retroactively; it is a one-time decision under the effective rules when a phone number is first verified.
A campaign is valid only when the current policy is enabled and its promotional amount is greater than zero.
When an account first completes phone verification, the system decides whether to grant credit using the policy effective then.
Saved rules affect only accounts that verify a phone number for the first time in the future; already-verified accounts do not receive retroactive credit.
Each account and each verified phone number can receive it at most once for life.
Consumption order
Promotional credit is recorded separately. For eligible model calls, the system consumes promotional credit before paid balance.
Non-cash boundary
Promotional credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or refunded. Paid and promotional balances remain separate in billing; use the console for actual balances.
How it works
The system checks the account and verified phone number for a prior grant.
Verification completed while the campaign is inactive is not granted later when it is re-enabled.
View promotional balance and billing records in the console.
