What order should a new user follow?
Install and sign in to Lumoswitch, then confirm that at least one model connection is executable. In Agent management, choose an installed client or install a supported agent from the catalog. Review the model configuration before applying it. Add a Skill for a specific task afterward. A model catalog entry does not by itself prove that inference is ready.
Will configuration overwrite my agent files immediately?
For supported model configuration, the desktop app shows the target path and a preview before writing. Native configuration preserves unrelated fields and checks for concurrent edits. A manual backup is still sensible before the first change. Reopen the agent afterward so it can load the new settings.
What information helps support investigate a problem?
Record the app version, operating system, agent name, and the preview or error message. Do not post API keys, App Secrets, or full conversation contents in a public community. Use the support page for necessary details. A successful installation does not guarantee that the provider or model is available.
